Whether you want to experience the thrill of an adventure activity or organise a group day out, The Adventure Centre is the place for you. The Adventure Centre operates an exciting range of extreme sports and activities.
We have activities and extreme sports to suit all ages and abilities. The Adventure Centre is also a perfect venue for group adventure, whether you want to organise a corporate event, a stag or hen party or a day out for school or youth groups. Our base at privately owned Lusty Glaze beach, near Newquay in Cornwall has been extensively renovated and developed into a unique leisure and education facility where you can enjoy a range of activities and extreme sports in the Cornish outdoors.
Our instructors are fully trained and qualified in a variety of disciplines. We are licensed by the AALA recognising our compliance with national standards of good practice. Lusty Glaze is also home to the National Beach Lifeguard Training Centre. This all makes The Adventure Centre an extremely safe and professional place to engage in adventure sports and activities.

Surfing: 2.5hr surfing or bodyboarding lesson as part of a group £30.2hr 1 to 1 private surfing or bodyboarding lesson £55.
Surf & De-stress: Surf lesson followed by a relaxing massage £60.
Coasteering: Swim, climb, jump and explore the rugged coast £50.
Abseil: Learn to abseil down the high cliffs to the beach £15.
Rock Climbing: A learn to climb day with instruction and transport from £80.
Zip Wire: A high wire ride across the beach £15.
